Dexterity Issues Can Release: Benefitting Multiple Sclerosis Research

  • Moustache Brewing Co. 400 Hallett Avenue Riverhead, NY, 11901 United States

Words from Matthew Spitz, Moustache Brewing Co. Co-Founder & Brewmaster:
"This beer is brewed to benefit the research to help find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis. MS is an autoimmune disease that attacks the nerves in the brain and spine. As someone that has been diagnosed with MS, it is a cause that is very close to my heart. For me, everyday things like walking up stairs, seeing clearly, and not dropping things all the time are made a little more difficult. For others, it is a severely life altering and debilitating disease, causing blindness, muscle weakness, or even paralysis.

Proceeds from the sale of this can will be donated to the advancement of research and finding a cure for this disease. Great strides have been made in the field of treatment, and we're getting closer to finding a cure."

On Sunday, March 5, 2017, Lauri and Matthew Spitz will be racing up the 66 flights of stairs at 30 Rockefeller Plaza with a goal of raising $10,000 for the the National MS Society.
